During Britain’s several lockdowns I’ve been talking at my webcam a great deal. Do click on any of these links if you want to hear what I had to say, or if you want to find out exactly what’s in my spare room.
Robinson College Chapel Interview
I had a really enjoyable chat with Simon Perry, the Chaplain at Robinson College. Do check out the other excellent interviews in this series – Simon talks to rather brilliant people like Miriam Margolyes, the Rev. Al Sharpton, and Judith Butler (among many others).
Garsington Opera: Music for the Eyes: Falstaff
It was lovely to join Imogen Tedbury and Johnny Langridge for an episode in their really rather spiffing Music for the Eyes series. We discussed squidginess, sympathy, and theatrical ritual in Bruno Ravella’s production of Verdi’s Falstaff, and it was really interesting to hear more from Bruno about his work.
Shakespeare for Snowflakes: online launch
To mark the book’s official release, I joined my friend Lesel Dawson on Youtube to have a chat, eat snacks, drink wine, and answer some readers’ questions. You can watch the discussion by clicking below:
